AIR PRODUCTS CANADA TO BUILD AND OPERATE A SECOND HYDROGEN PLANT IN EDMONTON, ALBERTA FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPLY TO PETRO-CANADA'S REFINERY
Air Products (NYSE:APD) announced today that its subsidiary, Air Products
Canada Ltd., will construct a 105 million standard-cubic-feet-per-day (MMSCFD) hydrogen
production plant to serve several customers in the Alberta Heartlands industrial corridor
and the Petro-Canada refinery in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

AIR PRODUCTS TO BUILD AND OPERATE A NEW HYDROGEN PLANT AT EXXONMOBIL'S JOLIET, ILLINOIS OIL REFINERY
Air Products (NYSE:APD) announced today that it has signed an agreement
with ExxonMobil Oil Corporation to build, own and operate an 18 million standard
cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) hydrogen facility adjacent to the ExxonMobil
Joliet Refinery in Illinois.

AIR PRODUCTS TO CONSTRUCT SECOND INTEGRATED HYDROGEN
AND COGENERATION PLANT AT PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS TO SUPPLY PREMCOR
Air Products announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to construct
a new hydrogen production plant in Port Arthur, Texas to supply 110 million
standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) of hydrogen to The Premcor Refining
Group Inc.'s refinery, and to additional customers on Air Products'
Gulf Coast hydrogen pipeline system.

AIR PRODUCTS AND ULTRAMAR SIGN HYDROGEN AGREEMENT
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD) and Ultramar Inc. announced
today that the companies have executed a long-term supply agreement under
which Air Products will provide additional volumes of hydrogen to
Ultramar's Wilmington, Calif. refinery for the production of low sulfur content
diesel fuel to meet current and future environmental regulatory requirements.

supply agreement with ConocoPhillips, the world's fifth largest global refiner.
Air Products also announced today that it will build, own and operate a
new hydrogen facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana, with a capacity in excess of
100 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD), to serve ConocoPhillips'
growing requirements.
